Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns for all merchandise sold from our inventory within 2 weeks of delivery or in-store purchase for exchange, store credit or refund provided you have a sales or gift receipt. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply. Rings that have been custom sized and special orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, shipped and insured for their full value. Prior authorization is required on all exchanges and refunds and may be obtained by emailing us at sales@marioncage.com. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return or exchange for it to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

International Returns

International orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
